21 Nov Reptiles in the Gippsland Bushfires

Reptiles Victoria headed to Gippsland to witness the extent of the fire on the local flora and fauna. It doubled as an opportunity to witness if any reptiles were struggling with injuries or impairment from the impact the fire had on the ecosystem. We also visited some shelters and carers to offer any assistance we can.
We also visited a number of shelters and are in the process of providing kits for rehabilitation of any injured reptiles they come across in the future. These kits are from funding we received from Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife which we were ecstatic at the support they have given us.
